SPEED BUMPS VERSUS ROAD BLOCKS:

I started working out with the Momentum Fitness System 3 weeks ago and just wanted to tell you that the system is working great for me. I like watching the DVD when I do the no excuse workout. I am in my forties and have not really worked out on a consistent basis since my early twenties. I found the workout schedule that was set up after answering the questionnaire suited me very well, it wasn't too difficult or too easy. I have been doing interval workouts 3 days per week(either walking outside or on the treadmill) and no excuse workouts 3 days per week with Sundays off.
