QUALITY VS. QUANTITY Ð MAXIMIZE YOUR RESULTS!
As most of you know, I am 100% focused on helping you experience
quality workouts. When the quality of your workouts is high and you
are maximizing your results (doing intervals and keeping proper form
doing the No Excuses Workout) than you don't have to exercise for
more than 30 minutes per day or more than 4 or 5 days per week.
ARE YOU DOING QUALITY WORKOUTS OR ARE YOU GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS
AND "PUTTING IN YOUR TIME"? If you are exercising for more than 30
minutes per day and are not happy with your results, than please
step back and consider CONCENTRATING ON THE QUALITY OF YOUR WORKOUTS.
Doing quality workouts enables you to not feel like working out is a
